About this role

We are seeking a sales professional to drive new business opportunities and manage key client relationships.

This B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and managing long-term accounts.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required. 2–6 years of proven B2B Sales experience in Travel, Events, Hospitality, or MICE industry.

This role requires self-motivation, entrepreneurship, and an outcome-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients across travel, MICE, and events.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and industry partnerships.
  • Presentation of tailored solutions to clients addressing their corporate travel/event needs.
  • End-to-end sales cycle management including negotiations and contract closure.
  • Collaboration with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Achievement and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintenance of strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
