Job Title: Financial Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Specialist to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records, with a strong focus on month-end close activities and compliance with corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all month-end close activities in accordance with US GAAP guidelines.
  • Oversee day-to-day transactions and ensure adherence to corporate processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Provide assistance in resolving ad-hoc queries from internal stakeholders.
  • Review and reconcile the Fixed Asset Register on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide inputs on processes.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for timely closure of audits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in MIS/Statutory Reporting.
  • Preferred experience in a technology company, particularly with subscription or SaaS business models.
  • Proven experience in MNC environments and knowledge of Finance and Accounting in other markets.
  • Experience managing the month-end close process with a close cycle of 4 business days or less.
  • Knowledge/experience in Accounting Standards: U.S. GAAP or IGAAP.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including features and functionalities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
