We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and build impactful client relationships. This individual contributor role involves end-to-end ownership of lead generation, sales funnel management, and closures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of contracting and commercial negotiations, with excellent communication, client engagement, and negotiation skills. They will thrive in a target-driven, high-growth environment and stay ahead by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead generation and sales funnel management for new and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver impactful proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions for clients.
- Drive new client acquisition and nurture existing BFSI and Fintech relationships.
- Draft and respond to RFPs effectively.
- Collaborate with the EVP – Sales on strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- 8-12 years of proven experience in Corporate Sales within BFSI/Fintech/SaaS.
- Hands-on expertise in proposals, funnel management, and direct sales conversions.
- Strong networking ability and proven track record in individual lead closures.
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and negotiation skills.
- A self-driven go-getter who thrives in a target-driven, high-growth environment.
