
Revenue Growth Strategist

Spectra Hospitality seeks a seasoned Senior Revenue Manager to drive revenue growth across our portfolio of upscale and boutique hotels in India.
This is a key role where you will lead multi-property revenue management, analyze market trends, and design dynamic pricing strategies to achieve optimal business mix. You will also prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for owners and leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead revenue management across diverse hotels and resorts
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to inform pricing strategies
- Drive channel optimization to achieve optimal business mix
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for owners and leadership
Requirements:
- 8-10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure
- Proven record of improving RGI, RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats
- Deep knowledge of OTAs, distribution, RMS, PMS, and digital revenue tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action
