
Revenue Operations Strategist

We are expanding our Revenue Operations team and looking for a skilled specialist to join us. As a key member, you will be responsible for setting up and implementing full-funnel RevOps systems across various business hubs.
This involves tackling complex technical tasks, designing lead scoring models, configuring lifecycle stages, and enabling integrations to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of RevOps systems across multiple hubs.
- Configure advanced lead routing, scoring models, and lifecycle stages.
- Map revenue processes and build scalable workflows and automations.
- Implement integrations with CRM, billing, and product platforms.
- Audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages.
- Build real-time dashboards for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking.
- Manage data governance within the HubSpot platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out a holistic RevOps framework.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in RevOps and HubSpot implementation.
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-hub setups.
- Skilled in lead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling.
- Experience with middleware/integration tools such as Zapier or APIs.
- Analytical mindset – able to find and address revenue leaks through data-driven insights.
- Bonus: exposure to Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, or similar platforms.
