RevOps Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled RevOps Manager to lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.

This is not about simple installs or setups. It's about tackling complex implementations, enabling integrations, designing lead scoring models, and fixing revenue leakages so clients get the ROI they expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure lead scoring models and lifecycle stages to optimize lead routing.
  • Map revenue processes and build scalable workflows and automations to drive business growth.
  • Implement integrations with other platforms (CRM, billing, product, CS, warehouses) to enhance client experience.
  • Audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages.
  • Build real-time dashboards for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking.
  • Manage data governance within HubSpot.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of hands-on RevOps and HubSpot implementation experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-hub HubSpot setups.
  • Skilled in lead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling.
  • Experience with middleware/integration tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs).
