Job Role: Operations Management Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Management Lead to oversee program delivery and learner success.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing operational strategies, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance learner outcomes.
  • Take ownership of processes, identify gaps, and conduct root cause analysis to address them.
  • Drive the success of learners in the management and education domain.
  • Lead and guide a team of associates and senior associates.
  • Collaborate with teams like Content, Delivery, Student Success, Careers, and Corporate Partnerships to deliver results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting firms, fast-growing startups, or edtech companies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and drive execution.
  • Excellent people skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze information and make decisions.
  • Prior experience in managing a team of delivery executives (preferably in edtech).
