- Lead and manage warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Full responsibility for regional warehouse profitability, including budgeting, cost control, productivity, and efficiency.
- Drive process improvements in inbound logistics, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- Design and implement customized operational solutions for customers, optimize layouts, manpower planning, and material handling systems.
- Build strong relationships with key customers; ensure service level agreements and performance metrics are consistently met.
- Train, motivate, and lead the operations team to achieve high performance and service excellence.
- Evaluate and improve warehouse processes, technologies, and automation.
Key Requirements:
- 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in profit management, operations design, and customer solutioning.
- In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, local compliances, and labor regulations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale warehouses / multi-client facilities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
The ideal candidate must have deep operational knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence.
