Operations Coordinator

About This Role:

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining day-to-day operations across the warehouse, logistics, store movement, and vendor coordination. Your primary goal is to ensure timely execution of orders, dispatches, and installations, minimizing delays and errors.

You will work closely with internal departments (sales, BD, design, and logistics) to track progress on ongoing client orders and projects. Your responsibilities will include managing vendor performance and procurement timelines, as well as monitoring inventory movement and maintaining reorder levels for fast-moving SKUs.

Key Performance Indicators:

Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to sales orders, dispatches, delivery timelines, vendor SLAs, stock levels, and cost optimization. Share accurate dashboards with management to inform data-driven decisions. Automate manual reports wherever possible using advanced Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI tools.

Process Improvement & SOP Adherence:

Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across operations and backend are being followed. Identify inefficiencies and propose system/process improvements. Assist in the onboarding of new processes/tools for better operations tracking.
