E-commerce Operations Manager Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong background in warehouse management, 3PL coordination, and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor marketplace performance across multiple channels and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Conduct seasonal and brand-wise performance analysis to inform inventory management and pricing strategies.
  • Review month-to-date sales performance and share key findings with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with discount workings, promotions, and partner reconciliation processes.

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory tracking and stock replenishment.
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping.
  • Perform regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Track live/not-live stock status and ensure timely replenishment for assigned brands.

Reporting & Process Management:

  • Compile and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and circulate regular reports on sales performance and trends.
  • Support in compiling order indents and reporting metrics across brands.
  • Participate in weekly operations review meetings to present updates and highlight action points.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree (any discipline).
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations with direct exposure to warehouse management, 3PL coordination, and marketplace operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of OMS and WMS platforms such as Shiprocket, Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • Flexible to travel if required for operational needs.
