Job Title: Modern RGM Configuration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the modernization and standardization of trade promotion, pricing, and revenue optimization capabilities across B2B and customer tech products.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define strategic solutions for complex commercial processes.
  • Led configuration and integration of Modern RGM products into diverse systems, ensuring interoperability and adherence to IT policies and architecture standards.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable product configurations, managing functional specifications, interface dependencies, and system parameters to support product lifecycle and deployment.
  • Execute end-to-end system testing, including functional, security, performance, and compatibility validations.
  • Manage incident resolution related to configuration and integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to commercial functions.
  • Support trade promotion management, trade terms setup, margin optimization, and revenue growth planning through robust system configuration and toolkit development.
  • Maintain product catalog accuracy by governing additions, changes, and removals of catalog items.
  • Apply agile delivery principles, collaborating in cross-functional squads to iterate and deploy enhancements aligned with evolving market needs.
  • Contributed to the strategic goal of simplifying the commercial operating model into a unified, efficient RGM technology ecosystem.

  • Strong understanding of trade promotion, pricing, and revenue optimization.
