Role Overview
The Revenue Manager will be fully responsible for developing and executing Quorum's revenue strategy across its portfolio of clubs and brands. This includes F&B, membership sales, events and programming, coworking (TBQ), and ancillary services. The role mirrors the scope of a hotel revenue manager while also incorporating Quorum's lifestyle and experiential offerings.
As a direct report to the COO, the Revenue Manager will play a critical role in ensuring topline growth, optimal pricing, and competitive positioning across all properties.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Forecasting
- Own the revenue strategy for memberships, events, coworking, F&B, and ancillary services across all properties.
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts; monitor variances and adapt strategy to market shifts.
- Conduct demand and trend analysis to inform pricing and packaging decisions.
Pricing & Yield Management
- Apply dynamic pricing principles across membership tiers, events, co-working, and F&B experiences.
- Optimise utilisation of spaces (lounges, event halls, co-working desks) to maximise revenue per square foot.
- Build bundled offerings (e.g. co-working + club access, event + F&B) to increase yield.
Membership & Events Revenue
- Partner with membership and programming teams to set pricing strategies for member acquisition, renewals, and retention.
- Forecast and track revenue from cultural programming, ticketed events, and private hires.
- Explore sponsorships and brand partnerships to unlock additional revenue streams.
Distribution & Channel Management
- Lead distribution strategy across direct (internal CRM, website, app) and partner networks.
- Build strong corporate, brand, and cultural partnerships to drive demand for events and co-working.
- Ensure brand integrity and rate consistency across all platforms.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with COOs, GMs, Marketing, and Programming heads to align revenue strategy with business goals.
- Lead commercial review meetings and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Build revenue awareness and train on-ground teams in upselling, packaging, and yield best practices.
Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards covering memberships, events, co-working, and F&B.
- Track KPIs such as revenue per member, event occupancy, F&B capture, and yield per square foot.
- Provide competitive benchmarking and forward-looking recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Hospitality, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8–12 years of revenue management experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, co-working, or events.
- Proven expertise in pricing strategy, forecasting, and distribution management.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with advanced Excel/ BI skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with revenue management systems or commercial data tools is a plus.
