As a Revenue Manager, your primary responsibilities will include leading the revenue management process and taking ownership of managing profit and loss for all the hotel properties. It will be an IC Role.

Role & responsibilities

  • Sales: Leveraging your analytical expertise to drive sales, meet targets, and maximize revenue across all properties.

  • Property Management: Managing the pricing and occupancy of 50-60 hotel properties, ensuring strategic alignment and effective tariff negotiations to optimize revenue.

  • Coordination: Coordinating daily with property teams to ensure efficient occupancy and pricing strategies, executing bulk negotiations, and maintaining dashboards to track performance accurately.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Analytical Skills: Utilizing your strong analytical abilities to drive strategic decisions and achieve sales targets.

  • Freshers can also apply or proven experience in sales, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding set targets.
