Job Title: Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

The role of a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) specialist is to provide strategic financial guidance and support to the organization. This involves analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in FP&A, with a strong background in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

This is an individual contributor role that requires a high level of independence and self-motivation. The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial models to support business decision-making
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-12 years of experience in FP&A, with a strong background in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience working with PeopleSoft or other ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
