Strategic Financial Planning Lead

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis initiatives to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand financial drivers and align financial plans with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Design and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with accounting and business teams to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with internal controls.
  • Prepare and present regular financial dashboards, variance analysis, and management reports to leadership.
  • Drive automation and efficiency in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes using advanced tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Anaplan.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation or equivalent.
  • Hold 6-8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Exhibit strong Excel and financial modeling skills, proficiency in ERP systems, and familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Display excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Showcase strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
