Our client's Wealth & Retail Banking division is seeking an accomplished Strategic Leader to drive financial planning and analytics initiatives. As the leader of their FP&A team, you will play a key role in driving strategic decisions and sustainable business growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end FP&A activities including planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across WRB markets. You will collaborate closely with Country Business Heads, CFOs, and Group stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and steer strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive FP&A strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
  • Deliver standardized, insightful management information (MI) and drive deep-dive analytics to support business growth.
  • Implement industry best practices for efficiency, accuracy, and control across all FP&A processes.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team with a strong focus on capability development and employee engagement.
Requirements:

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

  • An MBA or CA/CFA/ACCA qualification with a minimum of 12 years' post-qualification experience in Financial Planning & Analytics within the banking or financial services sector.
  • A proven track record of driving business growth and delivering strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High proficiency in data interpretation, scenario analysis, and driving actionable outcomes.
