Financial Planning Analyst Role

We are seeking a fresher with strong analytical skills in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. The ideal candidate will serve as an individual contributor in the Business Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis domain, performing financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. They will collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and insights for informed decision-making, develop and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management, identify financial trends and provide recommendations for improvement, and support strategic financial planning and analysis initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and forecasting – revenue & margin
  • Cost management to improve margins
  • KPIs tracking
  • Business and delivery support (including pricing)
  • MSA/SOW review
Qualifications:
  • CA/MBA with a specialization in Business Finance Management or Financial Planning & Analysis
  • 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in the IT industry
  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
