Job Title

A dynamic and strategic leader is required to spearhead the development of financial planning and analysis capabilities within an organization.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business requirements and be able to translate them into scalable, optimized solutions using Workday Adaptive Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and aligning deployment to support strategic outcomes.
  • Manage expectations, anticipate risks, and drive high client satisfaction and adoption.
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 plus years of work experience in FP&A, Accounting or Adaptive Deployments.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working across cultures and time zones.

Certifications:

  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (required)
  • Workday Financials Certification (preferred)
  • Workday Project Manager Certification (preferred)
