Job Overview:

The successful Finance Manager will join our organization to play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and advisory services. This individual will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and analyze comprehensive financial statements, management information systems (MIS) reports, and dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
  • Create sophisticated financial models and conduct ratio analysis to drive fundraising activities and support business growth.
  • Prepare detailed project reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections to ensure the success of projects.
  • Ensure Direct Tax, GST, and TDS compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Provide actionable insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Hold a recognized accounting qualification (CA/CMA/CFA).
  • Possess 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Showcase hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Be proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Exhibit ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
