Senior Business Development Manager - Prime Home Loans

A key role has become available for a Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth and success of our prime home loan products.

  • This multifaceted position encompasses strategic planning, product development, market analysis, and team leadership. We are seeking an experienced professional with a profound understanding of the housing finance landscape, regulatory frameworks, and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for Prime Home Loans, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of prime home loan products, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify target segments, assess customer needs, and evaluate demand for prime home loan products.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing prime home lending activities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals responsible for prime home loan origination, underwriting, and servicing.
  • BUILD strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive alignment and support for prime home lending initiatives.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to product design and service delivery, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the home loan lifecycle.
Requirements
