Job Title: Assistant Reservations Manager

A key position in the hotel reservations team, focused on maximizing room sales and revenue.

About the Role:
  • Maintain accurate records of all reservations to ensure seamless communication with other departments.
  • Conduct proactive selling and up-selling techniques to maximize room sales.
  • Daily check of new reservations, cancellations, and modifications to guarantee information accuracy.
  • Assist Commercial Director/Revenue Manager in forecasting and budgeting for maximum revenue potential.
Main Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

  1. Schedule regular training sessions to ensure team members stay informed about hotel services, activities, and standards.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners to foster a positive work environment.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, reporting findings to Revenue Manager and Commercial Director.
  4. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve targets, maintaining high-quality guest service standards.
