Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this remote position and support our short-term vacation rental business based in the US. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills who can ensure outstanding guest experiences and efficient management of reservations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
- Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
- Supervise and mentor a team of reservation specialists, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Skills:
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
Abilities:
- Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools.
Experience:
- Prior experience in hotels, vacation rentals, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working with sales or reservations teams is a bonus.
