Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate with a passion for hospitality to join our team as a Reservations Executive. As a key member of our front office department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth through effective reservation management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound client calls and message inquiries, converting inquiries into bookings to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Creatively selling new offers, packages, and promotions to existing customer accounts to drive business growth
  • Maintaining the Central Reservation System, creating reservations, updating customer records, and managing advance payments and balance receivables
  • Developing and implementing OTA marketing and promotion plans to increase online sales
  • Identifying new revenue generation opportunities and contributing to personal and property revenue goals
  • Understanding market trends, competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and knowing how to sell against them
  • Actively participating in social media travel groups to generate leads and reach out to prospective customers
  • Scheduling client visits and coordinating site visits to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintaining inquiry and sales records for online and offline sales
  • Preparing daily check-in and check-out schedules for operations teams
  • Collecting and maintaining customer information databases and contact details
  • Managing balance payments, extra charges, and additional services rendered, ensuring timely collection and updates
  • Tracking monthly inquiries through offline and online channels for sales analysis
  • Preparing and maintaining daily and weekly reports for leads and conversions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in front office or reservations departments (hotels)
  • Excellent communication skills, with English as the primary language
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
