As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across our South and West India properties. You will foster a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every visitor feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service, greeting guests with a pleasant demeanor throughout their stay.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, verifying accurate completion of necessary documentation.
• Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries, directing them to relevant departments when required.
• Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, updating them as needed. Create and manage spreadsheets for reporting and operational purposes.
• Conduct inventory checks and maintain records.
• Assist in procuring monthly supplies.
• Support food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process invoices and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
