Job Title: Customer Relations Executive

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to represent our luxury real estate development in a positive and welcoming manner.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To warmly greet and receive prospective clients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
  • Host clients during site/property visits, guaranteeing the experience meets a high standard of service and excellence.
  • Provide clients with necessary project information and direct their queries to the appropriate sales team for efficient resolution.
  • Coordinate with sales, administration, and hospitality teams to prepare for client visits, including refreshments, site readiness, and meeting arrangements.
  • Maintain an elegant reception/hosting area, ensuring all customer-facing spaces meet luxury standards and expectations.
  • Ensure accurate client records are maintained and appointments are well managed for optimal results.
  • Handle client requests with professionalism, discretion, and a service-first approach.
  • Support the organisation and implementation of customer engagement events, property showcases, and high-profile client visits.
  • Gather initial feedback from clients and share insights with relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a polished appearance and demeanour.
  • Strong hosting, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Able to multitask, stay organised, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • A warm, approachable personality with a service-driven attitude.
