Senior Cluster Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the operations of a cluster/region with 10-15 properties, each with 40-50 keys. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to company standards in all departments, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance & engineering, training & development, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Excellence: Stay updated on company vision, operational structure, organisational hierarchy, user demographics, etc. Regularly review and implement company-defined SOPs within your region.
  2. Regional Operations Management: Foster a positive work environment for high overall productivity, oversee human resource development, training, etc.
  3. Service Quality Audits: Conduct regular audits to monitor service quality, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions.
  4. Budget Management: Manage operational budgets by adequate resource allocations and minimise expenses via cost-effective strategies.
  5. Hostel Pre-launches: Supervise timely hostel pre-launches by ensuring operational readiness and quality checks.
  6. Guest Satisfaction: Enhance guest satisfaction by addressing escalations, implementing service improvements, and ensuring a positive experience.
  7. Internal Collaboration: Work with other internal departments to achieve shared goals.
  8. Industry Networking: Build relationships with industry professionals to stay updated on trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality/hotel management.
  2. Minimum 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with extensive operational experience in managing multiple properties or regions.
  3. Proven track record of successfully scaling teams, managing diverse operations, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  5. Fluency in English and local language is a must.
  6. Willngness to travel and manage hotels/hostels across various locations.
