City Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled City Manager to lead our sales team in your region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful sales teams, achieving target revenue growth, and developing strategic alliances with key stakeholders. They should also be willing to travel extensively within the region and have prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Strategic Alliances: Collaborate with doctors and hospitals to drive patient referrals for crowdfunding and medical loans through our platform.
  • Lead Sales Team: Mentor and guide the sales team in your region to achieve target revenue growth, improve field effectiveness, and enhance professional development.
  • Develop New Opportunities: Identify patient needs and develop EMI-based financing solutions at partner hospitals.
  • Drive Awareness: Enable hospitals and patients to access instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options.
  • Manage Revenue Goals: Set and manage revenue goals for both the crowdfunding and lending pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide Market Feedback: Offer continuous market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to help refine our lending solutions.
  • Ensure Smooth Operations: Coordinate between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered NBFCs/fintech lenders.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in retail financial services (e.g., selling loans, EMIs, insurance)
  • Background in managing large field sales teams or partner networks
