Healthcare Professional Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Professional to lead our clinic team. As Centre Head, you will be accountable for the overall performance of the clinic, owning revenue, customer experience, and operational excellence.

This role involves leading cross-functional teams, driving sales, ensuring compliance, and delivering a superior client experience aligned with brand standards. You will be responsible for managing the clinic team, conducting regular reviews and performance appraisals, and building a culture of accountability, service, and sales focus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinic revenue and profitability targets through effective business planning and execution.
  • Drive sales growth through consultations, upselling, cross-selling, and service bundling.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all clinic services, including slimming, beauty, dermatology, and wellness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or retail services, with 6-10 years of experience in leadership roles. They should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a customer-first mindset with high ownership.
