Clinic Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our clinic in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic, focusing on staff management, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure the daily operations of the clinic run smoothly and efficiently for both staff and clients.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive the clinic's revenue by monitoring sales, setting goals, and collaborating on promotions that resonate with clients.
  • Team Management: Lead and support your team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring everyone is well-trained and motivated.
  • Client Experience: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they have a great experience and feel taken care of from start to finish.
  • Compliance: Keep everything organized and compliant, from record-keeping to ensuring the clinic operates seamlessly.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve processes, enhance client satisfaction, and grow the clinic's reputation in the community.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in a skin, laser, or wellness clinic environment.
  • Sales Knowledge: Knowledge of sales processes and performance management.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
