Key Roles and Responsibilities

The Head of Operations will oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions, collaborating closely with the CEO to lead the company’s operations.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Oversee management of multiple hospitality assets, ensuring they meet international luxury standards and deliver desired levels of profitability.
  • Collaborate with international luxury hotel brands to maintain and enhance service quality and profitability.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and improvements across all assets.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budgets, financial performance, and profitability of the assets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel brand partners and senior leadership within the joint venture.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the hospitality sector.

Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants for this role should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as General Manager/Unit Head of a Hotel with a leading International Hospitality Brand in India.
  • Proven experience in managing hospitality operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgetary management.
  • Ability to contribute to the company's growth and development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Familiarity with international luxury hotel brand standards and operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.

The ideal candidate will have sound financial and commercial acumen, general manager experience with international brand hotels in India, and be able to think strategically and execute tactically.
