About the Role:

This position requires a highly experienced hospitality professional to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk of a 4/5 star hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, including check-ins/check-outs, billing, and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Evaluate and rectify any errors or lapses in real-time to ensure seamless front desk functions.
  • Administer front office duties on a daily basis, implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Fulfill duty requirements as needed in case of absence or peak workload.
  • Identify critical guests and VIP arrivals to deliver personalized services.
  • Handle inquiries for short-term/long-term stays and maintain accurate billing and payment records.
Requirements:
  • A degree in hotel management is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in 4/5 star hotels is required.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, with proficiency in writing professional emails and documents.
  • Hospitality attitude and aptitude, with strong organizational and supervisory skills.
  • A natural team player with patience, negotiation skills, and effective dispute resolution abilities.
