As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the office and providing exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive calls and direct them to the relevant person or department
  • Manage internal and external calls, updating callers on their status
  • Maintain daily administrative tasks, including canteen, housekeeping, and security operations
  • Prepare data for HR and Admin, such as overtime and canteen details
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

You will also be responsible for:

Visitor Management:
  • Welcome guests and visitors
  • Arrange refreshments
  • Set up arrangements after confirmation with the relevant person
  • Organize lunch for visitors
Pantry Management:
  • Maintain stock levels of pantry items, including tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits
  • Manage crockery and ensure it is clean and ready for use
  • Monitor chocolate stock against predetermined limits
  • Coordinate the day-to-day work of the office assistant during guest visits and in the office
Courier Management:
  • Daily maintain courier entries in the logbook and send them to the relevant party
  • Distribute couriers to specific individuals and maintain records
  • Review monthly courier invoices
  • Provide courier details as needed
  • Resolve any issues related to couriers
