Application Owner for Business Managed Application in Cards Area

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Owner to join our team at Deutsche Bank Private Bank. As an Application Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring the structural availability, stability, and performance of our business-critical applications in the Cards area.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the application's compliance with Deutsche Bank IT policies, including security monitoring, roadmap compliance, and access management.
  • Support the Product Owner, Analyst, and Scrum Master in application and compliance-related topics.
  • Facilitate Disaster Recovery activities by reviewing DR plans and coordinating the execution of DR exercises.
  • Be responsible for Access and other Infrastructure-related topics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with ITIL knowledge a plus.
  • Basic technical capabilities and infrastructure knowledge, including Restful Services, Java, and Cloud Technology.
  • Experience with Incident Management, IT Service Management, DevOps process workflow, and Change Management.
  • Experience with Compliance processes, including security monitoring, roadmap compliance, and access management.
  • Experience with tooling across the Software development Lifecycle/DevOps, including Jira, HP ALM, Confluence, Artifactory, Teamcity, and Git/BitBucket.
  • Strong ability to manage unexpected events, control, and deal with them quickly and efficiently.
  • Pro-active team player with very good communication and excellent English language skills for interacting with stakeholders.
  • Experience with working together with Agile/SCRUM teams and their methods and tooling.
