IT Application Owner for Business Managed Applications in Cards

Description

As an IT Application Owner for Business Managed Applications in Cards, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing the current state of technological infrastructure for gaps or potential improvements. You will work closely with the team to determine the appropriate technological solutions to balance delivery and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the applications for Credit and Debit Cards.
  • Ensure availability, stability, and performance of the application on Production and Test environments.
  • Ensure the application's compliance with Deutsche Bank IT policies, including security monitoring, roadmap compliance, access management, and SoD.
  • Support the Product Owner, Analyst, and Scrum Master in application and compliance-related topics.
  • Facilitate Disaster Recovery activities by reviewing DR plans and coordinating the execution of DR exercises for the application.
  • Be responsible for Access and other Infrastructure-related topics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with ITIL knowledge a plus.
  • Basic technical capabilities and infrastructure knowledge, including Restful Services, Java, Cloud Technology, Oracle database, and Linux.
  • Experience with Incident Management, IT Service Management, DevOps process workflow, Change Management, and Compliance process.
  • Experience with tooling across the Software development Lifecycle/DevOps, including Jira, HP ALM, Confluence, Artifactory, TeamCity, Git/BitBucket, and others.
  • Strong ability to manage unexpected events, control, and deal with them quickly and efficiently.
  • Pro-active team player with very good communication and excellent English language skills for interacting with stakeholders.
  • Experience working together with Agile/SCRUM teams and their methods and tooling.
