Job Title: IT Application Owner - COBOL Specialist

Join F337 Deutsche India Private Limited, Pune Branch as an IT Application Owner - COBOL Specialist and be part of our Home Loan Savings team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage COBOL applications for the Home Loan Savings domain in collaboration with German teams.
  • Ensure structural availability, stability, and performance of applications on production and test environments.
  • Establish processes for lifecycle management of applications.
  • Ensure compliance with Deutsche Bank IT policies, including security monitoring, roadmap compliance, and access management.
  • Facilitate Disaster Recovery activities by reviewing DR plans and coordinating execution.
  • Organize 3rd-level application support for the domain in collaboration with external vendors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with ITIL knowledge a plus.
  • Experience in COBOL and database management, with other open-source skills a good to have.
  • Experience with tooling across the Software Development Lifecycle/DevOps, including Jira, HP ALM, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
  • Experience in application governance and strong ability to manage unexpected events.
  • Pro-active team player with excellent communication and English language skills.
  • Experience working with Agile/SCRUM teams and their methods and tooling.
