About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Application Owner to join our team at F337 Deutsche India Private Limited, Pune Branch. As an IT Application Owner, you will be responsible for the management and engineering of network security solutions delivered by the CSO Chief Technology Office (CTO).

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Network Segmentation programs re-certification working with 300+ applications owners for timely completion of yearly recertification.
  • Manage KCI reports, CIO reports, kill chain compliance reporting working closely with vendor teams.
  • Manage Internal and external application audits and audit issue remediation activities.
  • Manage remediation of gaps in application lifecycle management activities such as Account recertification, remediation of Application configuration gaps etc.
  • Manage application related Risk and Compliance Evaluation tasks and resolution of gaps in this area.
  • Facilitate Disaster Recovery activities by reviewing DR plans and coordinating the execution of DR exercise for the application.
  • Manage any IT Security incidents that may occur in the application.
  • Plan and Manage Application events and Database Events monitoring using Bank wide standard monitoring tools.
  • Manage application capacity forecasting and monitoring.
  • Plan and manage Application user access related tasks.
  • Plan for Application Hardware / Software / License upgrades or migration activities to align to the compliant platforms.
  • Utilize agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of technology risk concepts, including controls and control frameworks, technology risk domains, risk measurements and methodologies in line with TDI technology risk management but specific to the business of operation DB's global network in global consistent way.
  • Analyze and manage the impact and dependencies of new controls to other functions. Make the necessary support transparent to senior management for their prioritization and support.
  • Provide technology expertise and thought leadership with an emphasis on network security and cloud technologies.
  • Ensuring adherence to the SDLC process and other company demanded engineering and release management practices.

You should be logical, innovative, articulate, and able to work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. You should be organized and driven to continuously improve the platform and deliver an improved user experience. You should be diligent, methodical and able to constructively critique and improve designs and methods. You should be able to work in virtual teams spanning multiple time zones and keep up to date on recent IT security incidents and threats.
