Job Summary

: We are seeking an experienced IT Application Owner to join our team at E902 DWS India Private Limited, Maharashtra Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of applications owned by DWS IT, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, and providing expertise in maintaining overall application security and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor critical activities in applications, review logs, and ensure appropriate controls are onboarded and implemented.
  2. Ensure Identity & Access Management cycle compliance against DB Policies and application onboarding to central tools.
  3. Manage internal and external application audits, audit issue remediation activities, and completion of regular/recurring assessments.
  4. Provide timely responses to audit and regulatory requirements with evidence of compliance.
  5. Ensure infrastructure compliance and up-to-date patches, plan for application hardware and software upgrades, and manage application capacity forecasting and monitoring.
  6. Manage IT Security incidents, support compliance on all SDLC process steps, and ensure all SDLC controls are green.
  7. Drive incidents reduction against applications, manage application decommissioning, and interact with colleagues on IT platform reliability and resilience.

Requirements:

  • At least 12-15 years of experience in IT, preferably with Asset Management Business Applications and Processes.
  • Sound IT risk management skills, following service delivery approaches, and assisting with incorporating the adopted approach into best practice.
  • Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), cloud engineering, and native security features to support application migration onto the cloud environment.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to educate technical and non-technical audiences about security measures, and excellent communication skills.
  • Self-driven behavior, fluent in English (written/verbal), and preferable knowledge of information security tools, cloud engineering, and DevSecOps.
