Human Resource Management Leader

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Senior Manager. In this position, you will serve as the primary HR strategic partner at our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures.
- Developing and leading talent development programs, performance management, and succession planning initiatives for plant staff.
- Serving as an employee champion, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and implementing initiatives to improve engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Utilizing data and analytics to monitor HR and business performance, identifying areas for improvement and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, and providing support in all site-specific audits from Human Resources.
- Supporting leadership in managing organizational change, developing communication strategies between management and employees, and adapting to evolving workplace demands.
Essential Qualifications:
- MBA / MHRM / MSW (HR), with 15 to 20 years of experience in handling entire gamut of Human Resources.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and build relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and address business challenges.
- Proficiency with HR management systems and data analysis tools.
