Job Title: Centre Head

The role of the Centre Head is a high-profile position that involves overseeing the overall performance of the clinic, ensuring revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business & Sales Growth:
    • Deliver business targets and drive sales through effective consultation strategies, upselling, cross-selling, and service bundling.
    • Monitor daily/weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure seamless execution.
  • Operations & Service Excellence:
    • Guarantee smooth functioning of all clinic services, including slimming, beauty, dermatology, and wellness.
    • Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.
    • Oversee inventory management, billing, and cash handling processes to prevent discrepancies.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage, coach, and motivate the clinic team, consisting of Centre staff, Slimming Heads, Beauty Heads, and Counselors.
    • Conduct regular reviews and performance evaluations to foster growth and development.
    • Establish a culture of accountability, service focus, and sales-driven environment.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Ensure every client receives an exceptional experience through consistent, high-quality service delivery.
    • Resolve escalations efficiently and maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and client retention rate.
    • Develop loyalty programs and encourage referrals for business expansion.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Adhere strictly to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and statutory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate documentation for audits and reviews.
    • Provide timely performance updates to regional leadership.
  • Business Development:
    • Forge strategic partnerships with local authorities, corporates, gyms, and wellness camps to generate foot traffic.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams for city-specific promotional activities.
    Requirements:
    • Graduate or MBA degree preferred.
    • 6-10 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or retail services.
    • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and leading teams effectively.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Customer-centric approach with high ownership and adaptability.
