Healthcare Professional – Operations & Sales (Medical Devices / Health Products)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced healthcare professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical product/device. The ideal candidate will have excellent management skills, be able to work efficiently, and have a strong understanding of health and medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations: Oversee the -oriented medical product/device, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct product demonstrations: Provide training and awareness sessions with healthcare professionals and clients to promote the product's benefits and features.
  • Liaise with internal teams: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
  • Undertake field visits: Travel across regions to collect feedback from stakeholders, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as necessary.
  • Frequent travel: Willingness to travel frequently is a requirement for this role, with all expenses reimbursed by the company.

Requirements:

  • MBBS/BHMS/BAMS/BUMS graduates: Applicants must have completed their medical degree from a recognized institution.
  • FMGE non-qualified doctors: Doctors who are not registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) but have passed the Foreign Medical Graduates Examination (FMGE) are also eligible to apply.
  • Interest in health and medical devices: A passion for health and medical devices is essential for this role, as the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a deep understanding of these topics.

  • Clinical knowledge: A strong foundation in clinical knowledge, particularly in the area of health, is required to succeed in this role.
