Our platform breaks down complex workflows into small tasks, managed by smart AI agents like LLMs, digital twins, and reinforcement learners. This creates a digital workforce that doubles the efficiency of healthcare teams, letting a 1,000-person institution operate like it has 2,000 staff overnight.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer who can blend creativity with problem-solving to design elegant, user-friendly solutions for complex problems. You'll be responsible for crafting user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that directly impact the way healthcare and service organizations interact with our platform.

Your work will help simplify workflows for our users, enhance their experience, and ultimately contribute to better service delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the design and usability of an innovative AI platform in a rapidly evolving industry.

We're seeking someone with expertise in User-Centered Design, able to lead the design process for new features and product areas, ensuring that user needs and pain points are at the core of every design decision.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and user researchers, to bring product features from concept to launch.
