Healthcare Innovation Specialist

This role offers an opportunity to leverage software development expertise in a rapidly evolving field with numerous opportunities for growth and innovation.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on developing innovative tools to support healthcare performance, cost, and quality improvement. They will contribute to the design and implementation of databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical analysis and data quality used in machine learning/artificial intelligence services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of C#/.Net/ Angular / Microservices/ Data Science & Analytics. They should possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain various platforms that serve internal team members, clinicians, and patients.
  • Use test-driven development to safely enhance and refactor the system, shipping production code multiple times per week.
  • Interpret data, analyze results, use statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports relating to how patients engage with content.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of CI/CD.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, in a timely manner.
