Your Role
  1. Lead the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products from development to market launch and post-market monitoring using advanced analytics.
  2. Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product strategies.
  3. Build and optimize automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  4. Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  5. Partner with Product teams to translate analytical insights into scalable, productised solutions.
  6. Collaborate with regional analytics teams to ensure consistent quality and innovation.
  7. Mentor junior team members, promoting analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.

Essential Criteria

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA and OPTUM.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
