Service Operations Manager

As a seasoned professional in service operations, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure timely execution of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). Your primary focus will be on quality and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints proactively and provide solutions-oriented approaches.
  • Lead the team to manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
  • Guide and mentor service engineers and technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Pharma Engineering / Tooling industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and technical support capabilities.
  • Experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance.
