Key Responsibilities

- Handle errands, deliveries, or travel requirements as per operational needs.
- Support in document filing, record keeping, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide logistical assistance for meetings, events, and client visits.
- Execute instructions from the Operations/Administrative Manager efficiently and on time.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of office premises.
- Assist with basic IT, equipment, and facility-related needs.
- Ensure proper communication and follow-up on assigned operational tasks.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism while handling office matters.
