Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and strengthen HR operations in our manufacturing unit. The role will involve recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, training, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on HR experience in manufacturing environments, with strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for staff and workers.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures in coordination with management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws (Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, etc.).
- Maintain HR records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives to improve motivation and retention.
- Prepare and present HR reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with government authorities and external agencies regarding labor compliance and inspections.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle a large workforce with professionalism and fairness.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
