About Us

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Revenue Growth Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and implementation of innovative revenue strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth plans to drive business expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on revenue optimization and growth initiatives
  • Lead and mentor high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management or related field
  • Strong expertise in pricing, trade promotions, pack architecture, or commercial analytics
  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive strategic discussions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Experience leading client delivery for SaaS-based analytics or AI-driven solutions
Preferred Qualifications:

In addition to the above requirements, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • Experience in AI-driven RGM solutions or enterprise software implementation
  • Good understanding of design-led decision processes and solution development
  • Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies
  • Background in management consulting with a focus on commercial strategy or pricing analytics
