About Us
Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Revenue Growth Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and implementation of innovative revenue strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth plans to drive business expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on revenue optimization and growth initiatives
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management or related field
- Strong expertise in pricing, trade promotions, pack architecture, or commercial analytics
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive strategic discussions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience leading client delivery for SaaS-based analytics or AI-driven solutions
In addition to the above requirements, it would be beneficial if you have:
- Experience in AI-driven RGM solutions or enterprise software implementation
- Good understanding of design-led decision processes and solution development
- Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies
- Background in management consulting with a focus on commercial strategy or pricing analytics
