Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Innovator to drive engagement and activations of our products within the chef community. Your primary focus will be on driving business through conversions and application selling approaches.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing regional customer-specific recipes using our relevant products to increase usage.

You will also participate in regional chef meets, trade fairs, and events to identify business opportunities for our sales and business development teams.

As a culinary representative, you will conduct on-site demonstrations and support customer-driven innovation by translating customer needs into approved culinary recipes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing Regional Recipes: Create unique and engaging recipes that showcase our products and meet the needs of our customers.
  2. Participating in Events: Attend regional chef meets, trade fairs, and events to build relationships with customers and identify business opportunities.
  3. Conducting Demonstrations: Deliver on-site demonstrations to showcase our products and their applications.
  4. Supporting Customer-Driven Innovation: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.
