Job Title: Master Culinary Ambassador

We are seeking an experienced and passionate culinary professional to join our team as a Master Culinary Ambassador.

About the Role:

The Master Culinary Ambassador will drive engagement and activations of Nestle products with key influencers in the chef community, focusing on driving business through conversions and application selling approaches.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop regional customer-specific recipes using Nestle relevant products to increase usage and drive sales.
  • Participate in regional chef meets, trade fairs, and events to identify opportunities for sales and business development teams.
  • Culinary representative to sales and business development teams by conducting on-site demonstrations and product showcases.
  • Support customer-driven innovation by translating customer needs into approved culinary recipes that meet Nestle's quality standards.
  • Understand and communicate the functionality and application of Nestle Professional products to customers.
  • Lead demonstrations and training sessions across the territory, following a structured journey plan to drive conversions and support sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to organize and conduct chef meets, trade fairs, product trainings, and other activities to promote Nestle products.
  • Drive conversions for Nestle OOH products through relevant product and application discussions with key chefs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in culinary/savory roles with a strong understanding of food trends and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key influencers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to develop creative solutions and drive business growth.
