Job Title: Master Culinary Director
Job Description- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary leader to oversee the kitchen operations of our esteemed hotel.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of talented chefs, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, with a proven track record of success in high-pressure kitchen environments. A degree in hospitality or culinary arts is preferred, but not required.
A valid health certificate and up-to-date sanitation training are essential requirements for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a head chef in a 4-5 star hotel or restaurant
- Basic spoken English to meet business needs
- Knowledgeable in HACCP principles and practices
- Proficient in an additional language
- Possess a valid health certificate and up-to-date sanitation training
